"DreamDex is an excellent alternative to some of today’s common decking choices.

Unlike IPE, your product did not splinter, check, cup or weigh a lot. And unlike redwood, your product was dry (therefore, it was light, straight and free of knots). Not to mention the environmental impact upon the highly specialized growing conditions necessary for redwood growth.

And unlike Trex and the various wood alternative and/or composite products, it was easy to handle, it cut cleanly and sanded to a fine finish. Overall, I found the wood to be consistent in grain, density, color and dimension.

I have used it to build a deck accessing my back yard and just need a couple of borders to finish it.
